This site was once the home to a retail head office and distribution centre. Now it is set for demolition and re-development.
There is currently a large re-generation of the whole area taking place.
The cache has been placed very near to the new cycle/pedestrian route that links this site to surrounding areas (including Lodmoor Country Park).
At the time of posting the brand new head office building has already been completed, with the hotel and restaurant well under way.
The site will include extensive landscaping, including public art to reflect the importance of the re-generation of this site.

Parking is available nearby at the Mount Pleasant Park and ride (2 Minutes from Cache). You may recognise the 2 large pillars situated here. They originally welcomed people travelling to Weymouth from Dorchester (on the old Ridgeway Hill Road).They were removed when the new relief road was built.
This cache is suitable for cyclists and pedestrians, but wheelchair users may need a bit of help just to stretch out and reach at GZ. Your looking for a novelty cache container. Its no longer under bridge !
