Please be patient and courteous with the library staff. The library hours may be subject to seasonal changes. I think the librarian has made some changes to the original cache, as there is a book somewhere in the library that is used to help locate the cache inside. (See photo gallery.)
Looking for caches in Garden City in the winter, we weren't having much luck due to all that pretty white stuff that seems to be everywhere. So decided to place a tourist- friendly cache that can be found any time of year. We also noted that the attribute "available in winter" does not necessarily mean accessible in winter. But this one truly is.
