A micro sized cache, (m&m minis tube) hidden in the usual suspect. Thanks to the lack of limbs, this should be a quick grab, with some cover. A bright shiny new Loonie goes to the FTF. Please put cache back where found.
Twenty-Five feet to the North of this cache, you will notice an unusual piece of equipment. What is it?
The following information was provided by the Halton Region.
The intersection of Upper Middle Road and Walkers Line was one of 4 RLC sites in Halton that was active during Ministry of Transportation's (MTO) pilot program which ran from 2000 to 2002. At the end of this pilot program all 4 sites were decommissioned and Halton did not participate in the permanent RLC program until last year when Regional Council approved Halton's participation back into this safety initiative.
The camera at this intersection was removed and the hardware was never taken down in anticipation of returning into the program.
