Geocache Description:


Abberly Park is one of Christchurch's oldest parks with some of its trees dating back to the 1860's. Originally a private garden it is now open to the public. It offers a kiddie pool, playground and a function hall. In winter the area about 50m east is frequented by butterflies- endless entertainment for the young children. This cache is the third, that I know of, that has been placed in Abberly park. Hopefully this one will survive longer than the rest due to it being out of the way of almost all muggles. Cache is only big enough for logbook so bring your own pen. When replacing please try and squish it down a bit but not too much-gentle pressure is all that is required. Cache is in the garden but there is no need to trample any undergrowth to be able to get to it. Stealth is definitely required- only attempt to retrieve when park is deserted. Failure to do so will result in your looking extremely suspicious.
