La fontana ovale detta anche "Peschiera" ,è stata costruita nel 1908 in seguito ad un avvallamento formatosi nel terreno.Congiunge il Pincio dal resto di villa Borghese e per arrivarci è consigliato percorre la suggestiva "Viale delle Magnolie". Dal punto della cache si potrà ammirare uno scorcio della fontana e della valle.
The oval fountain , also called "Peschiera", was built in 1908 after a depression was formed in the ground. It joins the Pincio with the rest of the Villa Borghese and it's recommended to get there walking along the charming "Magnolias Avenue" . From that point you can admire a beautiful panorama of the fountain and the valley.
