Geocache Description:

You can log this cache while logging the other caches along line 150.

Ermeton-sur-Biert is a small village in the direct vicinity of Mettet, province of Namur. The village lies in the area between the rivers Sambre and Meuse along the river Molignée.

There used to be a steam train linking the village with the towns of Dinant and Namur in the East, and Mettet in the West. This train no longer exists but its bed is still there and has been converted to a bicycle track, and part of a large project called the RAVEL (Roulez en vélo) which means ride your bike.

The cache is hidden along this former railroad track on one of the two bridges in the village of Ermeton-sur-Biert which have been completely renewed.

Looking towards the South on the bridge, one can see the Monastry and the center of the village.
