Cache placed for the MiGO Winter Social Event GC3YW38

Cache should be a quick find. Cache is in a local park and Additional Waypoint shows park entrance on US 27 BUS. Most of all have fun and place cache back as found or better. Hoping that this will be a winter friendly cache so others can enjoy some winter caches.
