This should be a quick park and grab at times but not all the time.
There use to be a major chain grocery store in the building next to the cache but it closed up and left the area. The building stood vacant for a few years and all kinds of rumors surfaced from time to time to just what kind of store was going to occupy the location. When a new store opened in the location it was a surprise to all. Some stealth is needed as at times there are no mugglers around but some time the store is very busy. Also, you are visible working this cache from the office building across the way. You can not see them but they can see you.
