A view of the railway line winding it's way down from the escarpment into Kwazulu-Natal from the Freestate. In the distance you can see the N3 highway.
Please note that this cache is along a dirt road and although it is in good condition during the dry periods, the road can become quite slippery and muddy if it has rained, i would not reccomend that the cache be done in these conditions. at places you are driving along steep enbankments and loosing control of the vehicle here could be trecherous. Travel slowly and the cache is yours. No need to rush, the scenery is wonderful, enjoy it. Most sedans should not have a problem getting here in dry conditions, in the wet a 4x4 would be a must.
