Geocache Description:



Pirates Trail 45.

The Blokiebloke Twin Peak Challenge (1700 ft).



This cache will will take you to the 9Km mark from Koycegiz up into the mountains of Mugla Province,

This medium sized cache is placed just after a waterfall which creates a fording point on the road, this could prove to be a interesting point in your journey depending on how much rain has fallen in the days prior to your attempt. This is the first cache on the Winter Challenge course when there is too much snow to complete your journey to the Summer Lake.

If you do take up the "bicycle challenge" and want to appear on the leader board which will be added to this page, then please time your attempt from the start point which will be the Waypoint for the Trailhead on this page. I have a good friend who I'm sure will be more than happy to produce a well deserved profile badge, maybe several different ones so that even if you try and fail you will get something for your effort. The best time and probably the best way to take up the challenge will be to go straight for this one and then do all the other caches on the way down, anyone who wants to add a cache to the series then please do and send me the co-ordinates and I will do the cache page and maintenance. If you do place a cache can you also take an altitude reading to add to the page title.


The spoiler pictures on the Pirate Trail caches should make life a lot easier when searching for caches, not sure how to with other smart phones but if you have an Iphone, get the spoiler picture on the screen and press the off button with the button on the front of the phone at the same time and it will take a picture of what is on the screen and save it to your photo gallery so you can access the spoilers at GZs without the roaming charges.
