Here is another NuttyNano! This one is different than my other nuttynano's & a little bit more challenging.
You will probably have to use the hint (and have a sense of humor) to find it... otherwise there is just too many hiding spots. There is no need to climb on anything or crawl underneath!

Welcome to Old Towne Petersburg... this is a beautiful area (at least in the daylight  , don't recommend finding at night). Every Saturday morning (year round!) from 0900-1200 the locals hold a very nice Farmers Market right here in the Old Towne. During the warmer months they even have live music (very good) and lot's of local vendors. Among everything else,  you will see local farmers selling fresh vegetables and some area butchers as well. 
The 'ole Appomattox River is meandering around very close to this spot as well. There is even an old train station right here which can be rented for events!
Very old area with lots of history, come check it out. Plenty of parking right next to the cache!!!

Now getting back to the geo... as you approach, you might ask yourself> "What is this big thing???"
( At least that's what my kids did... but we figured it out.)
See if you can tell what this big thing was used for and let us know in your log what you think it is... I am sure it has some history behind it.

FYI    >please just initial the log & you obviously need to bring your own pencil or pen
         >place cache back EXACTLY where you found it
               > There is a little wire clip in the container to pull out the paper, please ensure it stays inside container.
         > BooKoo muggles during the summer time farmers market on Saturday Mornings, so use stealth!
         >there are trash cans right next to the parking lot, so please CITO... Woodsy the Owl appreciates it
