A short drive on paths unknown with Rumjack as my navigator we headed closer to the water and I was greeted with this view.
Looks beautiful from afar but the closer you get to the waters edge the more disappointed you become. Locals have used this as a personal dumping site, from tyres to tape cassettes to loads of empty water bottles left over from picnics gone by And lets not forget about the building rubble from new houses in the area close by. What a pity.
A short drive from here and I came across this interesting feature and thought that a cache close by would bring my fellow cachers to this interesting place
At first I thought of an Earth Cache but alas I could not find enough information, so then decided on a small traditional cache instead. I advise that you plan your route on Google Earth for this cache. A 4x4 can reach this cache easily but as for a sedan, I rather play it safe and say "Park on the hard stuff and ride your mountain bike or walk to the cache."
