This is a puzzle cache, the cache is not at the posted coords.
This is the GIF guide to the 8 stages of grief. I hope you won’t experience too much grief solving this puzzle, it’s relatively simple.
To find the cache you must experience the following: (assume the 45 and 123)
North: guilt, bargaining, denial, boredom, guilt
West: twice the anger, 10 times the guilt, shock and disbelief.
