I go by this location almost every day. I think there needs to be a cache in this location. It's a great spot because the sidewalk suddenly ends. This gives the location character therefore making it a great spot for a cache.
Inside the bottle there is a piece of paper. Write your geo cache name and date. Let me know if the cache is too easy to find so that I can move it to a different spot at the same location.
