Geocache Description:

This should be a relatively easy find, but parking might be an issue depending on when you visit.

My daughter was a Duke undergrad from 2012-15. And I hid this cache — originally called Southgate First Aid — so that she could introduce some friends to geocaching. I changed the name on May 28, 2024 due to a container change. (It was initially a first aid box, but is now a small grey toiletry bag given to passengers sitting in the cheap seats of Australia’s preeminent airline.)

The cache is located between the walking track and the wall, and is a little atypical as far as containers go. The logsheet *IS* the orange survey tape! Please make sure that leaves are left on top of the container to make it harder for the non-cacher to spot.

My daughter, and granddaughter, live in Durham, so I’ll still be in the area a few times each year to perform maintenance if needed. Enjoy!
