Geocache Description:

Hide by Hide

A traditional cache on Stantons Nature reserve just outside Witham on the Hill, Lincolnshire.

The cache is a small tube, about 2 inches long and 1/2 inch in diameter with a log sheet inside.

Please ensure you hide it well when placing it back.

Stantons Nature Reserve is a filled in gravel pit area. It now has a lake and the banks have been maintained to allow a nice, pleasant walk alongside the water.

There is a hide half way along the lake where you can stop off for a  snack (if you've brought one) and watch the birds on the water.

A good idea to bring wellington boots in the winter and watch those children as you are close to deep water.
Cache placed with the kind permission of The Lincolnshire Trust
