A magnetic micro-cache hidden near a well-known luxury hotel situated on the beach of Salalah, Dhofar.
The Sultanate of Oman is blessed with more than 1500 km of unspoiled beaches where the Indian Ocean in the South, and the Gulf of Oman in the North, lap onto its shores. Where these shores meet mountains the presence of sweet water has allowed civilization to blossom. The city of Salalah attracts much tourists both from other countries on the Arabian Peninsula as well as Europe.
This cache is hidden near one of the luxury hotels in Salalah catering for the tourists coming to enjoy the mild weather, the beaches, the coconut tree groves and, at the right time of the year, the only place on the Arabian Peninsula which is affected by the monsoon. The cache is a magnetic micro-cache which contains just a log-book and a pencil, but could also harbor a small geocoin. It is hidden near the boundary of the hotel along the public road. Please use the necessary stealth as there always a group of taxi drivers nearby who are waiting for possible clients from the nearby hotel.
