Geocache Description:


Just another wee corner of Ayrshire. The cache is off of the A70 Cumnock to Ayr road. This is an old colliery returned to woodland. There is car parking here. If you go the wee walk there is plenty of wild life to see and hear. Take a walk round the trail to the top and take in the view of East Ayrshire, weather permitting obviously. The area is very wet so wellies are recommended round here. I have put the cache near the road to make it easier for people that can't do hills and to give it 24 hour access.
