A local boy scout, Mile Sadowski with Troop 21 created a nature trail in this park for his Eagle Scout project. I was so impressed that I was compelled to place a cache here. Enjoy the park!
Located in Kathryn Gorman Ponds Park, named after Montebello's first mayor. Park was dedicated in 2011 and welcomes pedestrians, bicycles and leashed dogs. Fishing permitted with a NYS license. Sandy felled many pine trees and the majority of the damage is still evident throughout the park, especially in this wooded section. ***Congratulations to Ovaron on another FTF! ***
