One of several driveby caches to celebrate the art of foraging apples in North Canterbury
Drive down the rural roads in and around Scargill Valley and you will see many roadside apple trees laden with ripening fruit Febuary / March each year. We noted there were crab apples amongst the branches when hiding the cache. They make the best apple jelly.
Watch where you park your car on this rural road as it is close to a factory entrance.
Stealth maybe required.
The terrain can also be disceptive around the cache. Look where you put your feet and watch your head.
The cache is a 200ml sistema containing log stashnote pencil & a few swops. Suitable for small trackables
