Geocache Description:

One of several driveby caches to celebrate the art of foraging apples in North Canterbury

Drive down the rural roads in and around Scargill Valley and you will see many roadside apple trees laden with ripening fruit Febuary / March each year. One of the trees at this location appeared to be weeping and was quite stickly around the base. The cache is not in this tree.

Watch where you park your car on this rural road as it is very close to a bend.
The terrain can also be disceptive around the cache. Look where you put your feet and watch your head.

The cache is a camo screw top jar containing log stashnote and pencil & a few swops. No room for trackables
