Geocache Description:

This multi-cache will bring you to Lodi Gardens, a 90 acre park that consists of several monuments dating back to the 15th century. In order to calculate the final location of the cache, you will need to visit six of these monuments and gather clues from the boards posted there.

The waypoints can be done in any order but I recommend that you do it in the order as set out below. I have designed a circular route that will enable you to see the whole park and you won’t need to do any backtracking. Park at the given parking coordinates on Lodi Road and then make your way to the published coordinates which are for the first waypoint.

Waypoints:

All the waypoints will bring you to large Delhi Heritage information boards that are orange in colour. Use these info boards to gather the clues.

1: Muhammad Shah Sayyid’s Tomb N 28° 35.442’ E077° 13.103’
The diameter of the central chamber is about how many metres? _ _ Calculate the checksum (eg: checksum of 31 = 3+1=4) to get V.
A=V-1

Make sure you are looking at the Bada Gumbad sign and NOT the Bada Gumbad Mosque sign. The gateway measures _ _ x 19 x 27. Calculate the checksum to get Z. B=Z-3.

6. Mosque N 28° 35.671’ E 077° 13.340’
Look at the first sentence of the English paragraph. How many letter G’s are in this sentence. Let this be F.
