You'll find yourself on the outskirts of the pleasant little village of Hempstead.
From near the village sign on the green follow the public footpath sign beside the road junction. The path leads you through a woody area where you will find a WWII Spigot mortar base and a derelict brick building nearby. The cache is in a camouflaged container with some small goodies. Please feel free to take something from the cache but replace it with something of equal value (no leaves, twigs or stones please!). Don't forget to sign the logbook! (pencil supplied).
