After grabbing Sammydee's "Spanish Camp" cache, I came to this side to the park for a little maintenance for me.....not a cache :) I had come from Hacienda Trail and coming down the Virl O Norton Trail. I was almost to the parking lot when I noticed this big ol tree. As I went looking all over it, I spotted a fun little place to put a cache.
This is a mico but attached to something bigger. Be sure to put it back the same as you found it so it can't be seen by muggles. It's a short distance from the parking lot. No hiking involved.....nearly a park and grab.
Be aware of the usual suspects. Please be respectful of park hours.
