Welcome!
This years Winter event will similar to last year with fun and prizes. If you know what geocaching is, come out and say hi to people you already know and to people you see in the logs. If you are new and want learn what, how and where someone is always happy to help.
This event is indoors so this will happen no matter the weather.
If you need additional help past the coordinates and your gps give me a shout and i can see what i can do.
Refreshments
I will be bringing some healthy and unhealthy snacks for people to munch on. Donuts, veggie tray as well as some water and coffee to wash it all down. If you want to donate to the list of refreshments let me know and I'll put your name and what you are bringing in the donor list with many thank you's
Game
We'll try and have a game. It may be the same as last year but it could be completely different, we'll see how I feel
Prizes
Of course there will be prizes!
If you have something and wish to donate to the prizes, again your name would be under donors list with many thanks
Race We will be close to ending the 2012 race so placing will be announced.
Also the 2013 racers will be collected. as like last year $5 entry or $15 if you need a TB with the entry. Please activate your tb but do not drop in this event! A geocacher can have as many racers as they want however the fee is per racer not per geocacher
All entry money will go towards prizes at the end. More people who enter, better the prizes!!!
