This is a puzzle cache. The cache is not at the listed coordinates. Solve the puzzle to find the final coordinates for the cache. A visit to the listed coordinates will not help, as people will likely solve this one at home.

You can either take the hero's route to the solution or you can return to the source. Both paths will lead you to the final coordinates, allowing you to go and make a quick grab.
