This route was mapped out for a night hike by 24th Macclesfield Scout group, hence the name.
This route of about 3 miles is best started from Ridgegate reservoir (opposite the Leather Smithy) and followed in a clockwise direction.
There are number of roads with 'Quiet Lane' as the only name marker - is this the real one?
