A casual event for all to enjoy.
I have been wanting to try and organise an event for a while, but just didn't know where to start, so i decided to start by being different. In a way.
My aim is to get each and every cacher in and around PE, young and (especially) old, together in one place, to not just have a fine time chatting, but actually interacting in a active way.
Paintball is a fun activity which Everyone can enjoy. At the coords is a facility which will accept us with open arms. On sundays they have a very good special which INCLUDES ALL gear, if you don't have your own, which is R65pp. They also have braai facilities that i thought we could fully utilise to turn the event into a sunday lunch aswell along the way, so pack your coolerbox and bring a bag of wood aswell.
They open at 9, but some people are in church at that time, so i decided to make it at 10:30 for 11:00 on the 3/3/2013, which is a suited time of day and month.
COME ON GUYS! Lets make this PE's first outdoors interaction social event. Bring your kids and come enjoy the day. Besides, how many kids and Parents get the chance to be in opposing teams? Even if you dont have kids, come BE a kid.
I'm putting the event out there this far in advance so i can get a decent amount of RSVP's to give the owner a rough number to be able to make sure we can book, aswell as give enough time to not have a financial excuse, hahaha.

PS, If it is raining on that sunday, we will move it to the following Sunday 10/3/2013 NB: Unfortunately we cannot JUST have a bring and braai as the braai facilities are available for players, so we need to have a fair amount of players to make it worthwhile for the owners.
