You’ve seen the movie – You’ve read the book – but have you faced the teeth?

All the active logging roads and many of the highways on our Island face the JAWS of the brush cutter at least once a year. The massive whirling head with the mighty teeth relentlessly moves on. From ditch to sky – up and down along the roadside vegetation doing its job, stopping the encroachment of the ever creeping branches.

All one has to do is venture down a side road that has been unused for a season or two and escaped the annual dental cleaning and their vehicle will be suddenly be subject to the dreaded pinstriping. It is a sensible function if not an aesthetically pleasing one.

Now back to the JAWS the movie. Take care where you place your feet looking for this little nipper!
