Hiding Tiger
The Tiger goes hunting in dark of the night,
His sharp eyes keeping its prey in sight,
Hidden in the long grass, crouching so low,
Waiting to deliver the dinner time blow.
Moon watches tiger with a glint in his eye,
Showing the Tiger to all who are nearby,
The Tiger growls at the Moon shaking his furry head,
And slowly takes his empty stomach off to his bed.
He waits for the cloud floating across the sky
The stripes in the grass disappear to the eye,
Sudden the dash, all around flee in fright,
Satisfied he feasts on a sambar this night.
