Geocache Description:

You might just feel the presence of pagan gods or just the magic of the nature?..

It does not matter if it is winter or summer, but everytime you can feel that there is something sacred about this place. The main object here is an old watermill which was taken back by the nature. The lovely river here is called 'Rūra' in Lithuanian and it means 'The ass'. Reason for this name is very simple: the river flows between hills and is grown up with trees and bushes... It is a very shalow river and in summer it is easier to access the place  just by a relaxing walk in the river. The cache is hidden in the remains of the watermill, which is on the North bank, somewhat around 200 meters from the road. The GPS coordinates were meant to be exact, however my GPS device might not be too accurate. You may also find nice animal tracks along the river which will lead you to the place.

In winter the place might be more easily accesible, alhough the road sometimes might have too much of snow... The place is still very gorgeous, especially the icy waterfall:

The cache was hidden during the winter with modest amounts of snow, so snow might not be a problem. Maybe slightly  concealing...

The river flows from the 'Duburys' lake which has one of the biggest islands in Lithuania. During the summer many activities are organized in the island: summer camps, especially for scouts, various festivals, of which the most massive is the Tundra festival.

When you go to this place you should take appropriate precautions. In summer you should make sure you have taken care of ticks. Sometimes the river may be fluded and the place might be quite wet, but the cache should be safe.

Additional notes:
GPS coordinates are not exact - you need to find the watermill. Safest way is UPSTREAM on the LEFT bank. Most dangerous and interesting is to approach from the right side, but take care.
Do not destroy what is left of the ruins, put everything back in place and conceal your presence, please! Please respect the place, do not leave any litter.
