Geocache Description:

Tijdens een geocache tocht ontstond het CRAZY idee om een event te organiseren in Roeselare.
De eerst reactie was: Hoe da???? Roeselare ligt toch al vol!!!

Het idee bleef echter nazinderen en een eerste vergadering werd ingepland. Iedereen was direct laaiend enthousiast om aan dit event mee te werken.
Geleidelijk aan groeide de groep van CRAZY organisatoren & medewerkers.
Vandaag kunnen we met trots ons event officieel aankondigen.
We hopen op een massale enthousiaste toestroming van geocachers naar Roeselare.

Het verloop van ons event:
Vanaf 8.00u bent u welkom voor een ontbijt (1 boterkoek, 1 croissant en een koffie), dit ontbijt is te verkrijgen aan 2,5€ pp.
Om 9.00u delen we de cacheboekjes uit.
Wij vragen hiervoor 5€. Daarvoor krijg je in ruil een boekje met alle caches, het uploaden van de GPX-file en een consumptie.

Omstreeks 18u is er speciaal bezoek voor de kleinsten. Aansluitend verzorgen wij een BBQ.

During a geocache trip we had the CRAZY idea to organize an event in Roeselare.
The first reaction was: How???? Roeselare is already full!

The idea, however, continued to resonate and a first meeting was scheduled. Of course everybody was immediately very enthusiastic to help organize in this event.
Very fast we had a group of CRAZY organizers & staff.

The cource of our event:
From 8.00 am you ar welcome for a breakfast (1 buttercake, 1 croissant and coffee). This at the price of 2,5€ pp.
At 9.00am we share the cache listing.
We ask 5€ for it. For this you get in return a listing with all the caches, acces to the GPX file and a consumption.

Around 6.00pm there is a special visit for the children. Then we provide a BBQ.
