Well aside from having an explore, just like I did, this may be one of the only other reasons to come all the way to the end of this dead end road.
Once you get to the end of the road turn around and head back. When on your way back, pull over carefully to the side of the road.
Park up and head down the slight slope to the fence. No need to search as you should be able to spot the post that is hiding my cache fairly easily.
