This cache was placed with my dad who has owned a cabin back in the Tremplealeau Lakes area for 40 years. Cache placed with permission from the State of WI DNR.
This area is great for bird watching, fishing, boating and of course Geocaching! You can park at the DNR gate which is located between 2nd and 3rd lake.
My dad loves this area. He is so proud of his log cabin on 3rd lake. He means the world to his family and we wanted to place a cache in his honor. He acually helped me make this cache! He is an advid bird watcher, photographer and naturalist. This prairie is the perfect spot for this special cache. The hint will spoil the cache so don't use it if you don't have to!
