This cache was placed in accordance with TICKS celebrates drank's birthday event.  
Cache is not at the posted coordinates and is NOT a good place to start.  

You’re never too old to take a day to celebrate yourself.  Drank told me that birthdays are all down hill after the 21st one.   The people who share his birthday probably wouldn’t agree.  Famous people that are also born on January 17th include, but are not limited to:
