Lake Sallie. I have not found the origin of this lake, but I have found out that the area lakes are named for the wives and daughters of the earliest settlers.
Located in Shoreham, MN former site of the Pettibone Lodge, Art Johnson's Store, near the 120 foot ski jump, and the Pelican River Canal. That was over sixty years ago. In the summer there still is pizza.
