Geocache Description:

Pete's Pond is part of the Lake Metroparks system. The cache has a permit from the park system.

Park hours are 6 a.m to 11 p.m.
The park is located behind Wickliffe High School. Use the north entrance off Rockefeller Road. There is a large sign for the park at the drive. The listed waypoint is for dedicated parking for the park. There are about ten spots. The park is open during school hours.
The trailhead is immediatly north of the parking area. There is one, wide trail in the park. Just follow the trail until you are about fifty feet from the cache. The walk will take you out and back. Where the cache is located is a loop. Two hills are included in the walk. It will take about fourty minutes just to walk to and from the cache. Take your time and enjoy. Dogs welcome.
The cache is a plastic container about one quart in size.
