This is a Southern magnolia tree, native to the southeastern United States. The leaves stay on year-round, and the huge white flowers are popular with many people; I like their big red seeds. If you know your Latin, you will see that "grandiflora", which translates to "big flower" is appropriate! You are looking for a bison tube. After 5pm on weekdays, parking is ample and free. On weekends, parking is ample and free, except on game days, and then I recommend you stay far, far away if you wish to maintain sanity.
