Home of King Baransel .
Akyaka is half an hour from Marmaris, a beautiful village beach resort largely undiscovered by the British. Protected from over-development, and constructed in the traditional Mugla style of architecture. Akyaka sits at the head of the beautiful bay of Gokova, backed by pine-clad hills and eucalyptus groves. It's the resort of choice for the Turkish themselves, from TV stars and the Prime Minister to less affluent local families and cub scouts. This cache is the first on the Akyaka Pirates Treasure Trail and carries on from the Pirates Trail around Lake Koycegiz from the Ancient city of Kaunos to Dalyan via Koycegiz.

The clue tells you everything about this cache and even if the coords a litttle out it'll only be a matter of time before you locate it .
Nice easy park and grab to start the series with great views down onto the castle ruins and the coastal town of Akyaka.
