2,000,000
At the time of publication, there was 1,984,777 active geocaches (the two million mark was hit on February 28th, 2013). By the time this event happens, there should be 2 million active geocaches worldwide!

Meet up for an evening of fun, food, and friends. You will find us in the private room on the main level (sorry, no minors). They WILL be adding a 15% gratuity to your bill. Please pay the gratuity gracefully, but be aware of it and try not to double tip.

Please make sure you indicate how many in your party as we have to give the pub an idea of numbers and the room does have limited dimensions. We realize it is hard to commit, especially for those that live out of town or in the north due to 'weather dependent' but if you intend to come if the weather cooperates, please let us know.

We have watched the exponential growth of geocaching over the years. The first geocache was placed in March 2000. When geocaching.com launched in September, 2000, they had all of 75 known geocaches listed. By 2008 there was about half a million geocaches. Just over two years later, in March of 2010 we topped a million geocaches, and now three years later we have expanded by another full million. Ten years to reach the first million, and only three to double it. How many ten years from now?

Come by for a pint, a visit, and at least two million other reasons including some recent birthdays (Mrs. GeoWyrm and gardengorilla) a birthday coming up soon (Mr. Ge0Patr0l, mrcanoehead224) and Ms. uh-oh's birthday is event day!
