This is one of seven caches placed by paulherman and dertiu8 to help you explore Pasco County's Eagle Point Park by canoe or kayak. Numbers 1, 3, 5 and 7 of the series are owned by paulherman. Numbers 2, 4, and 6 are owned by dertiu8.
This series takes you to portions of Eagle Point Park not accessible from land - the mouth of Trouble Creek, Filmans Creek, the open Gulf, and Ben Pilot Creek. You'll need to have at least two feet of tide in order to access the entire series - and 3 would be even better. All are tethered match holders. During your journey, you can expect to see a variety of rays, horseshoe crabs, blue heron, egrets, white ibis, and a variety of other waterfowl and fish. Have fun!
