Geocache Description:

Pa. Route 28 is a major highway (in most portions) which runs for 97 miles from Pittsburgh to Brockway, Pa. The expressway from Kittanning to Pittsburgh is called the Alexander H. Lindsay Memorial Highway or the Allegheny Valley Expressway. The roadway into Pittsburgh has caused commuters numerous traffic headaches, along with several fatalities, over the years. But finally, there may be some resolution on the way with the new reconstruction to be completed in 2014. Pittsburgh Mills opened in July of 2005 and has done lackluster business since. There was previously a cache in this immediate area that was archived, so I am taking the opportunity to continue my Agony of Route 28 series in this good spot that overlooks 28.
You will be looking for a large non-camoed pill bottle. There is room for small travel bugs. BYOP.
Congrats to RICK+REESII Dog for the FTF!
