Do you need to go to the library today? You do if there is a 0 on your caching calendar or if you  like collecting easy smileys. This is another mundane cache--but a useful one to do when chores in the neighborhood are pressing. catch a good book if the library is open.

DO NOT PARK ON CHILI AVENUE--PARK IN THE PARKING LOT FOR THE LIBRARY AND THE TOWN HALL and walk around to the other side of the building.
