Quick stop on a well traveled back road, great place to drop trackables going North and South.
The only explaination of this is that there must of been a GREAT body of water here at one time. Now that I found this cache in the area, http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GC3BMCV my imagination has been confirmed that yes, yes there was a HUGE lake here at one time. Maybe it was from the same fleet?
Watch for deer, I often see them near the cache.
There is Archery only hunting allowed on this property, remember to wear your 200 sq inches of blaze orange that is required during the RI hunting season.
Cache is available to find 1/2 prior to sun rise and a 1/2 hour after sunset.
