I wonder what life was like in these times?
Really cool structure from some of the first settlers of the Nooseneck area. On the way to the find you will walk along what I consider one of the most beautiful rivers in RI. You will see a plot of some of the folks who settled this area. This area has some neat history. Hope you enjoy this hidden little spot that many don't know about. This area allows hunting, besure to to wear your blaze orange while searching for this cache.
Cache is available to find 1/2 prior to sun rise and a 1/2 hour after sunset.
Oh and keep your eyes peeled for deer, I often see them in this area.
This cache has a seed exchange in it. Pretend you were part of the 1st settlers to make residence in the area and trade some seeds for your garden. Feel free to bring some veggy or flower seeds with you (marked) and exchange them for some seeds in the cache. I ask that you only take some of the seeds out of the package that you want but leave some for the next seed exchanging cacher. Be sure to grab the cache (2000th / GC487J1) while visiting this area.
