Geocache Description:

A cemetery cache near Mt. Liberty. Small container with room for one or two small trackables or swag. Watch for possible poison ivy in warm weather, and there is some barbed wire around which you'll want to be careful. BYOP!

About a year and a half ago I found my very first cache at this cemetery, and I was immediately hooked. When I saw it had been archived, I just had to replace it. This should be a quick, maybe even park-n-grab for experienced geocachers, while others may find it tougher. I just hope you enjoy the creativity!

The cache name comes from the last name of a local family buried here. Their headstones are near the front fence towards the road... can you figure out which ones?  Also, the day I stopped by to see if this cache would fit here, the snow was blanketing the ground and softly falling, muting even the sounds of nearby cars. Beautiful! Whether the weather is cold or hot, I hope you have fun with this cache!

This is an active cemetery. There is no need to step over or drive on any graves. Cache is just outside cemetery grounds. As always, be respectful and check out some of the neat older stones! Hours are from sunup to sundown, no night caching!

Please replace cache EXACTLY as found! Happy caching!  **CONGRATS TO WYNWYRE FOR FTF!**
