Geocache Description:

A tradional cache in the are of the State Captial of Delaware (Legislative Hall). Local and migratory birds may wish they could stop in to rest and take in the sites before flying off. Use caution crossing the street from Legislative Hall to get to the cache.

There is a statue of the Delaware Continentals, and a memoral marker for the Dover Light Infantry, a few of the historical military things I can remenber from elementary school, and I am fortunate to have them almost in my backyard. The marker for the Delaware Congressional Medal of Honor recipients is also nearby. The cache is a objected made to be used by birds, but they can't.
