Park at the posted coordinates, which will put you in front of the new Blackshear Public Library. The other building on site is the NFC building. It used to be the Presbyterial Institute. For more information about the historical significance of this location, visit the Pierce County Historical and Genealogical Society Presbyterial Institute website. Walk towards the library and when you get to the sidewalk turn left. Turn right to enter the green fence. Walk past the fountain and back out the green fence. Turn right and follow the sidewalk in front of the building. Look ahead and on the other side of the paved area. You will see a small patch of trees. The cache is hidden there.
