MKS is one of the newest venues for World Class Sport in Hong Kong.
It is immediately adjacent to the famous Bird and Flower markets.
MKS has hosted international rugby and football and is the regular home ground for Hong Kong Football League team Citizen!
Mong Kok is an exciting, vibrant and authentic part of Hong Kong, find the cache and find a great day out!
The cache container is a homemade camo and could hold small TBs and TCs. It's position is pretty muggle-dense, both on foot and in their vehicles, so stealth is important. The bird market regulars hang out with their caged pets a few metres away, and they are very observant folk, so be specially aware of them!
While the access is good for wheelchairs, actually reaching the cache from a chair would be impractical.
It is quite a delicate little thing so please treat it kindly and take extra care when opening and closing it. The location brings you to Mong Kok and its famous markets. The bird and flower markets flank the eastern and southern stands of Mong Kok Stadium and it isonly a ten minute walk from GZ to Fa Yuen Street market, Tung Choi Street (the fish/aquaria/pet market area) and on down to the Ladies Market.
If you are able to, plan your search to coincide with a HKFA Division 1 game at MKS. It is inexpensive to get in and the football is of a decent standard.
Mong Kok and the neighbouring Sham Shui Po have quite a few caches now, so you could have a decent day out in this part of the world. Enjoy!
