This is literally what it is. You couldn't possibly consider it a lighthouse - the house is missing. It is literally the St Helens Light, just like the sign says.
They tossed up whether to build a lighthouse at St Helens or at Eddystone Point. Eddystone won. This is what St Helens eventually got.
Cache is a regular sized container, you could fit two sangers in it at a push.
